An Italy-USA Foundation conference discussing “The myth of eternal youth. Law and research on stem cells in USA and in Italy” was held in Rome on April 14, at Chamber of Deputies, Conference Hall of Palazzo Marini. The conference was introduced by the Vicepresident of the Foundation, Hon. Gabriella Giammanco. The panel participants included Renato Calabria, Plastic Surgeon MD, Beverly Hills, California; Silvana Campisi, Director Stem Cells Azienda Ospedaliera Sant’Andrea; Ruggero De Maria, Director Department of Oncology, Superior Health Institute; Ignazio Marino, Italian Senate Committee on Health; Angelo Vescovi, McKnight Brain Institute, University of Florida. Chairman was the editor of Agence Europe, Giampiero Gramaglia, and conclusion by the Minister of Health Hon. Ferruccio Fazio.
